Invention - Phonetic voice accents

This idea is for a method to assist actors with foreign voice accents.

The idea is to generate text that uses the phonetic sounds of the foreign accent, instead of the literal English spelling.

For example, the Australian suburb 'Keilor' in Melbourne is typically pronounced by Australians as 'Keela'.

Using replacement letters for the sounds of the accent, text for entire paragraphs could be generated to assist in reading text with a foreign accent.
