I would like to nominate one profession for respect.

1. I believe that every profession should be respected.

2. However if I had to choose one that deserves thanks, it would be cleaning.

3. The reasons are:

4. It is hard physical work.

5. It is essential to society.

6  It receives no social status.

7. It receives no thanks.

8. Cleaners probably receive less pay than they deserve for their efforts.
